Requirements: Board Certification: Required in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology.Certifications: ACLS certification is required.State License: An active New York state medical license is required.Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated at 1 month.Conversion Rate Cap: $25,000.Reimbursement: The facility will cover flight, hotel, and mileage billed at the IRS standard rate.
