Program ManagementThe TekSynap is seeking a Program Management to provide enterprise IT services supporting over 4,000 DON OA and OPNAV users in the National Capital Region, including program management, cybersecurity, databases, systems, and customer support.

ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership, direction, and control for all contract activities in support of DON OA IT Services.
Serve as the single authoritative Point of Contact (POC) between the contractor and Government for all contractual, technical, financial, and performance matters.
Exercise full authority to commit contractor resources, make binding decisions, and resolve issues on behalf of the contractor.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Program Management Plan (PgMP) and associated management processes in coordination with the COR and IT PgM.
Ensure all work is performed within cost, schedule, and performance parameters while meeting or exceeding required service levels.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and potential performance impacts, implement mitigation strategies, and brief the Government on status and resolution actions.
Lead program execution meetings, status briefings, and ad hoc reviews, providing clear, accurate, and actionable reporting.
Coordinate across all functional areas (cybersecurity, databases, help desk, systems engineering) to ensure integrated service delivery.
Ensure compliance with applicable DoD, DON, and DON OA policies, contract requirements, and ITIL-based management practices.

Work schedule: Onsite with standard NCR core hours (0800-1700), Monday through Friday.
