Job Description :This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil litigation attorney to join a growing practice. The firm seeks a North Carolina-licensed attorney with at least 7+ years of experience handling defense-side civil litigation matters, with a preference for backgrounds in insurance defense and related areas such as auto liability, construction litigation, trucking, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, and commercial disputes.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cases through trial and arbitration. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" role. We are seeking a trial ready attorney with a background of defending complex cases.
