Senior Architectural DesignerLocation: Madison, WI ( Onsite 2 days a week, with fully remote flexibility after the first 90 days)Position OverviewThe Senior Project Manager will lead and manage complex architectural projects, ensuring innovative design solutions that meet client needs while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver high-quality designs in both commercial and residential sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design process for various architectural projects from conception through construction documentation.Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into feasible and innovative design solutions.Utilize Revit and other design software to create detailed architectural drawings and models.Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and compliance with building codes.Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any design-related issues that arise during construction.Mentor and guide junior designers and architects, providing feedback and fostering professional development.Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial and residential projects.Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in architecture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
