Elevate Craftsmanship.This is an execution-first leadership role responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating high-end residential construction projects. You will act as the single point of ownership for construction operations — allowing ownership to step out of daily firefighting and focus on strategic growth.This is not a sales role.This is not a design position.This is a leadership role built around execution, accountability, and pride in finished work.Key Responsibilities:Own day-to-day execution of all residential construction projectsPlan and sequence work across multiple crews and concurrent buildsSet and manage weekly and daily production schedulesEnsure projects are built according to plans, layout, and specificationsLead and coordinate field crews and foremenEstablish clear expectations around pace, quality, and accountabilityReview scopes and plans prior to job start to reduce reworkCoordinate material ordering, delivery timing, and stagingIdentify bottlenecks and adjust schedules proactivelyServe as the operational bridge between estimating, purchasing, and field teamsMaintain jobsite discipline and uphold craftsmanship standardsWhat Success Looks Like:Crews operate with clarity and daily directionProjects run with minimal owner interventionImproved production capacity without chaosReduced layout issues, punch items, and reworkA stable, predictable, high-performing construction operationQualifications:Residential landscape construction experience (required)Proven experience managing multiple crews and concurrent projectsStrong understanding of layout, sequencing, and jobsite logisticsHands-on field leadership backgroundHighly organized and comfortable enforcing structureCalm under pressure and proactive in solving issuesRooted in Craftsmanship, Built for GrowthThis organization values quality over chaos.
