Program Manager

Job Title: Program Manager Location: Malvern, PA Onsite 3 days (Tue, Wed, Thur) a week in Office Duration: Fulltime/Permanent Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Technology/Domain · Must have a CRM background (client uses MS Dynamics but any other CRM knowledge would work too). · Understanding of CoPilot and/or some AI/GenAI offerings in CRM · Understanding of a Capital Market client, specifically Self Directed (a.k.a Retail or Personal Investor) and Advised clients. · Good understand of a multi-cloud (AWS and Azure) and data exchanges between them. · Ability to lead the Client team in Business Planning exercises where business and technology teams plan and prepare the roadmap for upcoming quarters. Ability to translate functional discussions into technology deliverables Roles & Responsibilities · Manage the overall CRM Portfolio · Engage with Functional and Technology leaders from the end client and client side to ensure there is a strong collaboration · Secure growth of the portfolio for 2027 Be the trusted partner for client Generic Managerial Skills, If any Gravitas and personality to manage a large program. Show a personal trait of being proactive, ability to engage with functional and technical leaders. Generating early success and to establish themself as a trusted advisor. Exception articulation and ability to engage the larger client ecosystem.
