Apply today and let’s create memorable guest experiences together!POSITION SUMMARY: The Housekeeping Supervisor at one of Oxford’s boutique-style or luxury hotels plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms and public spaces throughout the property. This position oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping team, supporting a smooth room turnover process and upholding Oxford Collection’s elevated standards for service and appearance. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for conducting quality inspections, monitoring room readiness based on arrival and departure flow, and reinforcing proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and service behaviors. This hands-on leadership role works closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a crucial role in striving to meet and exceed Four-Star service standards, delivering high-quality service and amenities with strong attention to detail, ensuring excellence in every guest interaction, and consistently exceeding expectations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and genuine guest service upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture at all times.Housekeeping Operations & Quality Assurance (60%):Oversee daily cleaning schedules, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Four-Diamond cleanliness standardsSupervise laundry services, ensuring linens and towels meet luxury hospitality standardsEnsure all guest areas are pristine, well-stocked, and elegantly arrangedInspect public spaces and randomly selected rooms to ensure four-Diamond cleanliness standards are met Perform housekeeping, laundry, and/or houseperson functions including deep cleaning whenever necessarySubmit maintenance reports/requests to the Maintenance Department for any issues identifiedAssist in training new employees and providing continuous on-the-job training to ensure Four Diamond standards are implemented Assist with issuance of supplies to staff, and log items into the Lost & Found log and secure them in the proper areaCoordinate with the front desk and maintenance teams to manage room readiness and VIP guest requests and verification of amenity placementAssisting with implementation of company programs and supervise daily operations to comply with SOPs, maintain cleanliness ratings, and motivate team membersEnsure all equipment and furnishings are kept in good operating order, reporting any maintenance issues immediately, prevent loss of revenue due to malfunctionPerform all tasks in compliance with federal, state, local, food safety and sanitation requirements and Oxford Collection of hotels safety standards and security procedures. Be knowledgeable about and able to respond to emergency situations.
