The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.QualificationsEducation and Work ExperienceBachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. Current state Physical Therapy license.
