Civil Engineer

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, technically minded Senior Civil Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects. We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from project entitlements and preliminary design through construction documents and construction administration. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) registration required Registration in Georgia preferred Minimum of 8 years of professional land development experience in the design of commercial, office, higher education, life sciences, mixed-use, residential, healthcare, municipal, and/or Federal projects including: Managing multiple, concurrent projects Leading design team efforts Successfully managing project budgets and schedules Interfacing with a multi-discipline design team Mentoring junior staff Technical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping documents, preparation and processing of civil construction documents, and earthwork calculations Stormwater experience in Georgia and Southeast USA preferred Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D Specification preparation experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to foster long term client relationships Metro Atlanta experience and relationships a plus Compensation and Benefits Expected Base Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience. Possible Signing Bonus based on experience. Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate. Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.
