Job Title – Pharmacist in ChargeLocation: Galena, Illinois, 61036 ( Relocation $$ Available )Base Salary – $150,000 – $160,000JOB # 83455951Client: NuvemIndustry: Healthcare / Health Services – PharmacyJob Category: Medical / Health – Pharmacy ** CLIENT Screening Questions **1- Do you have minimum 3 years retail pharmacist management experience?2- Do you possess a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree3- Do you have an active pharmacy license for the state of Illinois?Work Shift:Monday-Friday -9:00AM-5:30PMPharmacy will close for lunch-12:30PM-1:00PMOn-Site Parking AvailablePrimary Role:Preparing and dispensing appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients, leading a team of pharmacy technicians and managing the overall day-to day pharmacy responsibilities. Essential Job Functions: Review and execute provider’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster Maintain full control over medication inventory, stocking and labeling medicinePrepare medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each individual patient Ensures that the Pharmacy and its employees are aware and compliant with local facilities policies Responsible for the daily work of Pharmacy Technicians, this includes providing input into performance evaluations and advising Senior Management of any behavioral and/or performance issues.Responsible for managing the Pharmacy Technicians schedules.Experience:3 years retail pharmacy management exp.Must be able to utilize Patient Management System in the PharmacySkills and Certifications:3 years retail pharmacy management exp.Great leadership, communication and management skills
