Clinical Data Associate - III*
Clinical Trial Planning & Data SupportAt Kite, we are committed to delivering transformative therapies to patients with unmet medical needs. The Contractor, Clinical Trial Planning & Data Support (Level C3) supports development programs by maintaining portfolio planning systems, ensuring data quality, and enabling consistent reporting across the organization. This mid-level contractor role is responsible for independently executing planning system support, data stewardship, and reporting activities. The contractor will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain reliable planning data and support portfolio decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Provide Planisware user support, including project plan oversight to ensure data/timeline accuracy project plan integrations and scenario planning troubleshooting system issues manage and escalate support tickets as neededAssist Program Ops Resource Manager with resource forecasting activities, including coordinating the design, development, and validation of forecasting algorithms.Monitor data quality across systems, dashboards, and portfolio reportsEnsure consistency of metrics and definitions across reporting outputsSupport the delivery of user onboarding and training and maintain job aids and system documentationParticipate in system operations activities, including: User acceptance testing (UAT) System upgrades and releases Provide sprint support and validation activities Support user access management and data governance, ensuring appropriate handling of sensitive data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiencyBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in science, project management, information systems, or a related field5-7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical development, or Medical Affairs operations/planning environmentsPreferred Qualifications:3 years of Planisware experience supporting planning systems or clinical trial planningFamiliarity with the clinical development lifecycle and R&D processesExperience in project planning, portfolio support, or R&D operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environmentProficiency with: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) SharePoint or similar collaboration tools Reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire – preferred)Leveling – Contractor III (C3) Expectations:Work independently within defined processes to manage planning data and system updatesProvide hands-on execution and user support with limited oversightExercise sound judgment in resolving issues and maintaining data integritySupport moderately complex planning and reporting activitiesCollaborate effectively across teams without formal leadership responsibilityIdeal Candidate Profile:Detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and highly organizedComfortable working with planning systems and structured dataAble to integrate quickly into a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentDemonstrates accountability, adaptability, and strong collaboration skillsEEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
