Assistant ManagerAssistant Managers oversee every aspect of the day to day operations and help to guide and direct our team to deliver that great Guest Experience. The Assistant Manager position requires a high level of maturity and dedication. The AM is responsible for almost every aspect of daily operation in the theater, including, but not limited to payroll, customer service, cash deposits, paperwork, loss prevention, and operations. The AM is expected to maintain, uphold and enforce the policies and standards of the company and its General Manager. Assistant Managers have the responsibility of opening and closing the operations for the day. They oversee and manage staff. The ensure that Food and Beverage operations are running smoothly and that the location is delivering great guest experiences.Part-TimeRiver Village Is D'PlacePosition Requirements: AM's must have extensive working knowledge of the theater operations, be very personable with guests, and able to support the staff in an efficient and pleasant manner. They also must be accurate and meticulous in counting large volumes of items and cash. Due to availability requirements and the maturity level required for this position, all AM's must be at least 18 years old. It is also recommended that AM's have some computer skills, the ability to learn quickly, and a level of creativity. AM's should have prior management experience. AM's will need to provide a food handlers card and/or equivalent Food Manager Certification.Rotating Days and EveningsHourly $16 to $18 based on experience and location.Enjoy the additional benefit of Free Movies.
