This is a confidential search for a high-impact partnerships professional who can help expand the company’s commercial ecosystem, identify new strategic opportunities, and build relationships that support long-term platform adoption and utility.
About the Role
The Strategic Partnerships Lead / Manager will be responsible for developing, structuring, and managing partnerships that accelerate ecosystem growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build high-value relationships across Web3, fintech, consumer technology, developer platforms, digital commerce, and emerging technology markets.
This is not a traditional transactional sales role. The focus is on strategic partnership development, ecosystem expansion, market activation, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with leadership, product, engineering, and growth teams to identify partnership opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, and bring meaningful external relationships into the platform.
Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships across the Web3, blockchain, fintech, consumer technology, and digital platform ecosystem
Build and manage relationships with companies, platforms, developers, merchants, service providers, and other ecosystem stakeholders
Develop partnership strategies that drive adoption, utility, user engagement, and long-term platform growth
Lead outreach, negotiation, deal structuring, and execution for high-impact partnership opportunities
Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure partnerships are aligned with broader company priorities
Translate market insights, partner feedback, and ecosystem trends into actionable growth opportunities
Manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities, track partner progress, and provide clear reporting to internal stakeholders
Support go-to-market planning for new partner integrations, ecosystem initiatives, and market expansion efforts
Represent the company externally in a polished, credible, and relationship-driven manner
Requirements
Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, ecosystem growth, corporate development, or related commercial roles
Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, fintech, digital platforms, developer ecosystems, or emerging consumer technology
Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close complex partnerships
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, legal, and executive teams
Commercially minded, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives
Experience managing partnership pipelines, CRM systems, reporting, and deal processes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth
Background in Web3, crypto, fintech, SaaS, marketplaces, mobile apps, developer platforms, or consumer internet businesses
Experience building partnerships in international or multi-market environments
Familiarity with digital assets, decentralized applications, blockchain infrastructure, or token-enabled ecosystems
Experience structuring commercial agreements, technical integrations, platform partnerships, or ecosystem programs
Comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
