Ministry Coordinator

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 (based on experience)Schedule: Mon–Thurs 9:30am–5pm (30 hours), Fri half-day (4.5 hours), and Saturday service support 3:30–9pm (5.5 hours)Start: January 2026Status: W2 employeeLocation: Aurora, CO (Hybrid: on-site & remote)Benefits: This position does not include employer-provided medical, dental, or retirement benefits. Paid time off is provided.OverviewDeep Well Church is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Ministry Coordinator who carries a heart for ministry and a passion for supporting the local church. This role begins as a full-time position starting January 2026 (or as soon as possible) beginning with on-the-job training to ensure a strong foundation and successful transition into the role. If you thrive in a people-focused ministry environment, enjoy building systems that help people flourish, and love serving behind the scenes, this is a wonderful opportunity to grow and see the impact of your work in a thriving small church community.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport overall church operations through day-to-day administrative tasksCoordinate and help execute weekend services (Saturday evenings)Manage and support volunteer teams, scheduling, and communicationOversee giving management and related administrative processesAssist with app and website updates, content, media, and maintenancePartner with ministry leaders to support events, communication, and coordinationPlan, coordinate, and execute church events, retreats, and ministry gatheringsSupport and attend church outreach events with the Senior PastorMay include creating written, digital, and visual content and resources for sermons, presentations, discipleship resources, newsletters, etc.Provide general administrative support as needed QualificationsPrevious administrative or office experience preferredA committed follower of Jesus Christ and active (or willing-to-be) member of Deep Well ChurchStrong organizational and administrative skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks with excellence and follow-throughComfortable with technology, digital tools, and learning new systemsClear communicator who enjoys working with staff, volunteers, and leadersFlexibility to serve during required weekend service hours and other weekend or evening events 1-2 times per month To ApplyInterested candidates can apply online through LinkedIn or submit a resume and short statement of interest explaining why they feel called to serve in this role to info@deepwellchurch.org.
