About the Opportunity:The Provider Experience Supervisor leads a team of pharmacy care coordinators responsible for supporting provider interactions such as prior authorizations, appeals, and client inquiries. This role contributes to the organization's success by managing team performance, developing processes, and partnering with operational and sales departments to enhance service delivery and client relationships.3. Responsibilities:• Provide direct leadership, operational oversight, and professional support to a dedicated team of pharmacy care coordinators• Maintain regular reporting structures and align team performance targets with the Manager of Provider Experience• Manage cross-functional strategy execution in close collaboration with Operations, Sales, and alternative internal departments• Develop, refine, and implement operational processes, onboarding blueprints, and key performance metrics while offering ongoing mentoring and clinical administrative coaching• Oversee day-to-day provider support activities, including document collection, clinical clarifications, provider follow-ups, and the formal appeals process• Handle escalated inbound and outbound phone calls, efficiently resolving complex issues raised by clients, providers, patients, and adjacent departments• Partner directly with the enterprise sales division to support strategic revenue generation and fortify long-term client relationships• Travel occasionally for regional site visits, training, or client workshops (estimated at less than 10% of the time)4. Requirements:• High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) certificate, or equivalent background• Minimum of one (1) year of professional leadership, supervisory, or team management experience• Basic operational proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make decisive, urgent choices under pressure• Strong business judgment, professional diplomacy, and the emotional intelligence required to manage complex stakeholder interactions• Exceptionally detail-oriented with an unyielding focus on quality outcomes and auditing accuracy• Proven ability to cultivate high-performing team dynamics, manage diverse talent, and drive accountability• General knowledge of state or federal pharmacy laws, regulatory practices, and medical compliance frameworks• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage competing priorities effectively• Effective oral communication skills for professional collaboration across leadership tiers and dynamic environments• Uncompromising commitment to high professional ethics, corporate integrity, and healthcare quality standardsPreferred Qualifications:• Associate's degree or more than two (2) years of direct supervisory and leadership experience• Prior professional experience across diverse pharmacy settings, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or managed care sectors• Active Pharmacy Technician License or a valid National Technician Certification (CPhT)• Prior operational experience in a fast-paced call center or healthcare customer service environment• Superior written and verbal communication skills alongside an established ability to work highly independently5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Target annual base salary framework: $49,700.00 to $88,800.00 USD• Final salary placement within this tier is structured dynamically based on full-time deployment, localized marketplace data, exact leadership tenure, and relevant professional pharmacy credentials• Position is highly eligible to participate in structured incentive tracks, corporate recognition programs, employee equity stock purchase opportunities, and employer-matched retirement architectures6.
