HR & Recruiting Specialist - Associate Location: Remote with some travel Level: Associate Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance or higher *All candidates must already have the above clearance listed. All candidates must be able to obtain and maintain their current clearance and any clearance level designated by Montcure at any given time, during their employment. Job Summary: Montcure is seeking a candidate that can assist with administrative tasks and help grow the Recruiting and HR department. This candidate will be highly organized, and have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting Specialist Post open positions leveraging our applicant tracking system and multiple platforms ensuring they attract qualified candidates that align with Montcure's core values Schedule and facilitate interviews Onboard all candidates to ensure that all compliance is met Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, company policies and affirmative actions Ensure Montcure branding is expanded internally and externally Manage Montcure's social media ensuring alignment with Montcure's core values and strategic goals Assist leadership team with onboarding requirements for key engagements Other items assigned by leadership HR Generalist Assist with supporting employee relations addressing questions regarding benefits Manage updates to employee records and files Manage orientation for new employees Administering Benefits during open enrollment Organize and assist with employee training Assist with Payroll and Time and Attendance Other Items assigned by leadership Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology. Experience: No experience required. Must have a strong desire to grow within the HR and Recruiting field. Skills: Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, payroll and human resource software. Have strong empathy and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and analytical skills Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 *Salaries are subject to adjustments based on Cost of Living Montcure, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
