Enterprise Data & Databricks Programme LeadIrvine, California$120,000–$180,000 per yearWe're looking for an experienced data leader to oversee a major enterprise data transformation within the asset management sector.This is a senior leadership role combining programme delivery, data platform strategy and stakeholder management. You'll lead multiple teams working across Databricks, cloud platforms, data engineering and governance, ensuring the programme delivers against its technical and business objectives.What you'll be doingLead a large enterprise data transformation programme.Manage teams across data engineering, cloud platforms, analytics and data governance.Own programme planning, delivery, budgets, risks and reporting.Help shape the organisation's enterprise data strategy.Oversee modern data platforms built around Databricks, AWS and Azure.Establish data architecture standards and reusable engineering frameworks.Work closely with senior stakeholders across investment, risk, compliance and operations.Present programme progress and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.What we're looking forExperience leading large data transformation programmes.Strong knowledge of Databricks and modern cloud data platforms.Experience with AWS and/or Azure.Understanding of data engineering, dbt, Airflow and data governance.Experience managing multiple technical teams and workstreams.Strong senior stakeholder and programme management skills.Previous experience within asset management or investment management.This is an excellent opportunity to lead a highly visible data transformation and help shape a modern enterprise data environment.
