As part of this effort, we are investing in a dedicated in-house creative studio to support e-commerce, social commerce, retail, and brand storytelling across the U.S. market.Who We Are Looking ForWe’re looking for a Videographer/Content Creator who lives and breathes content. This is not just a shooter role – you’ll concept, shoot, and edit content that drives:engagement (social) conversion (e-commerce) brand heat (campaigns) You should feel just as comfortable filming fighters in a gym as you do shooting clean product content in-studio.You will work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Design, and Social teams to bring Venum products to life across Venum.com, the Venum App, Amazon, social platforms, and retail partners.What You’ll DoContent CreationConcept, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content Understand what makes content perform Stay ahead of trends and adapt quickly Know how to: hook viewers in the first 2 seconds edit for retention optimize for platform algorithmsBring your own ideas, not just execute briefsE-Commerce & Product ContentProduce video content optimized for conversion, including but not limited to: Product highlights Fit & movement Fabric + performance details Support content needs across: Venum.com Venum AppAmazon and other marketplacesRetail & wholesale partnersLifestyle & Combat Sports ContentCapture high-energy training, athlete, and gym content Shoot lifestyle and campaign content aligned with U.S. market positioning Work with athletes, models, and creators on setStudio + On-Location ShootingExecute both: Controlled studio shoots (lighting, product, PDP) On-location shoots (gyms, events, activations, ect.)Studio Operations & Asset ManagementHelp manage day-to-day studio operations:Equipment setup & maintenance Shoot scheduling Product/sample flow Ensure content is delivered fast, organized, and on-brandCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:Marketing Director and Marketing teamE-commerce Director and E-commerce team Product Design and Category teams Social Media team for ongoing content needsSupport rapid content creation for launches, promotions, and social commerce initiatives.What You Bring4–7+ years of professional videography experience, preferably in:Apparel Sporting goods Fashion or performance brandsStrong videography + editing skills (this is a must) with portfolio demonstrating studio and on-location videography/content creationProficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, ect.Solid understanding of:framing, lighting, sound shooting for both aesthetic + performanceSocial & Content InstinctsDeep understanding of social content Ability to create scroll-stopping edits Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and hooksUnderstanding of e-commerce and marketplace content requirementsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenComfortable working in a fast-paced, in-house creative environmentInterest in combat sports (MMA, boxing, grappling, Muay Thai) strongly preferredWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent, high-quality content across all channelsImproved conversion through better product contentScalable studio workflows that support business growthStrong collaboration across marketing, e-commerce, and design teamsWHY VENUMBe part of the #1 combat sports brand in the worldHelp build and shape Venum’s U.S. in-house creative studioShoot with athletes, creators, and top-tier productsWork from NYC HQ with direct impact on brand growthCollaborate with elite creative and commercial teamsPlay a key role in Venum’s next phase of expansion Compensation & BenefitsThis role will be compensated with a good-faith pay range of $70,000 – $100,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. Final base pay will depend on several factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications or professional licenses, and overall performance throughout the interview process.This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance and a 401(k) matching program. This role may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus award. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays.
