Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Marion, IL Temp to Hire Shift Details: 1st Shift: 05:00 AM to 03:30 PM (Monday to Friday) 2nd Shift: 04:00 PM to 02:30 AM (Monday to Friday) Job Description: We are hiring full-time Machine Operators to support the production of ground support solutions for mining and engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machines for mining-related product manufacturing. Perform setups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting. Inspect materials for quality and keep accurate production records. Use hand tools and turn wrenches for minor repairs and adjustments. Load/unload materials and assist in warehouse operations (stacking, packing, inventory). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety and quality standards. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required.
