Job Summary: Program Director of Speech-Language Pathologists (P-SLP)MediBril is actively seeking an experienced Program Director of Speech-Language Pathologists (P-SLP) to lead and oversee our dynamic team of Speech-Language Pathologists. This role is vital in maintaining the highest standards of care for patients with speech, language, and communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in speech-language pathology and a proven record of effective team management.Duties:Lead and manage a team of Speech-Language Pathologists to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and organizational policies.Create and execute innovative treatment programs tailored to patient needs.Conduct audits to ensure consistent, high-quality care and proper documentation.Mentor and supervise Speech-Language Pathologists, promoting ongoing professional development.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and other departments to optimize patient care services.Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively.Facilitate team meetings to encourage open communication and continuous quality improvement.Serve as a liaison between the SLP department and other healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications:A master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
