Wireless Engineer

Job Title: Wireless EngineerLocation: MultipleJob Type: Full-timeAbout The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the telecom industry, with a strong grip on wireless technologies and wireless surveys. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing wireless systems to meet customer needs and ensure high-quality network performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Implementation: Design wireless systems to improve cellular network coverage and capacity. Conduct integration and optimization of new systems into the wireless network.Wireless Surveys: Perform predictive, passive, AP on a stick and active site surveys using tools like Ekahau and iBwave for enterprise customers. Generate various heatmaps (Signal Strength, SNR, CCI, Capacity) to meet design requirements.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation and system design information. Review network measurements and captures, providing KPI Analysis Reports.Troubleshooting: Use protocol and spectrum analyzers, as well as diagnostic tools like AirMagnet Wi-Fi Analyzer and AirMagnet Spectrum Analyzer, to troubleshoot and resolve wireless issues.System Design: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) including costs for Access Points, Switches, Licenses, Gateways, Racks, UPS, etc.Technology Deployment: Update existing system designs for capacity growth and new technology deployment.
