Job Description JRH is seeking a SharePoint Administrator with Training experience to utilize their experience with SharePoint tools to coach on SharePoint to guide users in maximizing SharePoint capabilities resulting in improved customer operations. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance, coaching, and training to staff, enhancing their skills in utilizing SharePoint for collaboration, document management, and project tracking. The SharePoint Trainer must have the ability to obtain clearance with a Federal Government client, therefore US citizenship or Green Card is required.Responsibilities:Create and manage SharePoint Online sites, ensuring effective usage and appropriate user permissions. Assist with on-boarding and training to enhance user engagement with SharePoint functionalities. Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions to empower staff in effectively using SharePoint features and functionalities. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current SharePoint usage and identify areas for improvement or additional training. Develop and disseminate best practices for SharePoint governance, content management, and team collaboration. Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to meet business needs. Provide ongoing support to users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint-related issues. Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials tailored to the agency’s specific needs. Work closely with project teams to integrate SharePoint into project workflows and enhance collaboration tools. Establish feedback mechanisms to continually assess user satisfaction and areas for further training or support. Conduct monthly meetings reporting on activities and value added from completed month, and expectations for next monthTrack and monitor customer satisfaction with products/services offered via customer satisfaction surveys to relevant staff, and report on ratings as part of the Monthly Performance and Progress Report. Requirements:Minimum of three years of experience with SharePoint, preferably in a coaching or training capacity. Experience in government or public sector environments is highly desirable. Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (2016/2019), including document libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring individuals of varying technical abilities. Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and implement them effectively. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Solutions Expert) are a plus.
