Responsibilities: The position's responsibilities are:Support NCNA and assist the Relationship Managers with: Account ManagementClient Data AdministrationProduct ManagementNetwork AdministrationBusiness and Profitability Administration Administer NCNA transversal requirements including Terms & Conditions review, client lists, management reporting, credit limits, and various ad hoc requirementsParticipate in various business development initiatives and client meetings.Help resolve all issues related to the USD/CAD clearing businessAid with onsite/virtual compliance/commercial visits to those branches/affiliates, acting for US and CA.Minimum Required QualificationsThe successful candidate will have completed:Proficient analytical knowledge and familiarity with data analytic applications (Business Objects -, powerbi), (SAP - datapond) and other tools used for business analyticsExperience with designing and creating reports in various formats for analyzing the data to track trendsCompetency in all Microsoft office suite applications to prepare presentation decks to review the data results and monitoringCollege level degree with preference in Business, Financial Administration or Business analytics1 to 3 years experience in Financial ServicesOral and written fluency in English (French a plus)Able to work independently and in a team environment for collaborationPreferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will also have:Familiarity with banking compliance and ethicsSelf-disciplined, motivated, and strategic thinkingKnowledge of wholesale payment product services and applicationsExperience in wholesale customer service requirementsAbility to effectively work remotely when necessaryFINRA Registrations Required:No
