We deliver concierge IV hydration, vitamin infusions, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss services directly to professionals, athletes, and wellness-focused individuals—providing safe, personalized care in the comfort of their homes, hotels, and workplaces.Role DescriptionThe Medical Director must be a licensed California physician with strong clinical judgment, regulatory awareness, and experience in outpatient or wellness-based care, capable of providing high-level clinical oversight with minimal time commitment while ensuring all services are delivered safely, compliantly, and in accordance with established medical standards.Initial Onboarding (2–4 hours total): Review business model and service offeringsDevelop and approve clinical protocols and standing ordersEstablish telehealth medical clearance workflowAlign on scope of services, risk tolerance, and escalation pathwaysOngoing Monthly Commitment (1–2 hours): Chart review and quality assurance auditsProtocol updates (as needed)Clinical consultation availability (ad hoc, minimal volume expected)As-Needed Availability: Urgent clinical questions from RN staffAdverse event reviewRegulatory or compliance consultationQualificationsExperience in:Concierge medicine or direct-to-consumer healthcareTelehealth service deliveryFunctional or integrative medicineHormone optimization programsObesity medicine certification (ABOM)Familiarity with:Mobile healthcare delivery modelsStartup or early-stage healthcare businessesStrong clinical judgment and risk awarenessComfort working in a low-touch, oversight-based roleAbility to support a concierge / cash-pay healthcare modelCollaborative mindset with RN-led operational teamClear and responsive communication
