The responsibilities also include daily updating of unit availability, processing maintenance work orders, adhering to operating procedures and policies, and managing collections in accordance with company standards. The role extends to clerical and phone support, maintaining resident files for accuracy, and overseeing move-in appointments and inspections to meet Trinity's standards. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to resolve resident complaints, conduct move-out inspections, and manage deposit accountings with Community Manager approval. Maintaining accurate account records, including NSF's, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and other management-approved transactions, is essential. Additionally, the role encompasses performing tasks or duties as assigned by the Supervisor.Special RequirementsPhysical demands: The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.Attendance/TravelThis position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
