You’ll help: Support our doctors with high-quality nursing carePerform anesthesia monitoring and dental/surgical supportPlace IV catheters, collect blood, run diagnosticsEducate clients with confidence and empathyHelp mentor assistants and newer techniciansImprove workflows and elevate standards of careBring calm leadership during busy moments This role offers real leadership opportunities for the right person. What We’re Looking ForYou may be a fit if you: Are a licensed/credentialed RVTHave 2+ years of clinical experienceHave experience in GP or ER/urgent care settingsCan work independently while supporting your teamCare deeply about medicine and client experienceWant to be part of building something special—not just punching a clock Why Join Us?We’re combining the heart of an independent practice with the discipline of a well-run business.
