You will work with a diverse patient population, providing evaluation and treatment services across a variety of orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions in an outpatient clinical setting, with a focus on functional recovery and patient-centred care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform initial evaluations and develop patient-specific treatment plans targeting functional goals and return to activity Administer and progress outpatient physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving goals Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient status and care plans Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programmes, injury prevention, and self-management strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system in compliance with regulatory and organisational standards Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and participate in department and organisational initiatives REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE Graduate of an accredited physical therapy programme (DPT or equivalent) Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy licence in the state of South Carolina Current CPR certification PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient clinical setting To apply, send your resume to:
