eAPP/eQIP ProcessorClearance: US Citizen with T4 (public trust) or Top Secret clearance RequiredLocation: Remote (must travel to Baltimore to obtain badge and equipment)*NO VENDOR ASSISTANCE*Required Skills: Experience using DCSA systems such as e-QIP, NP2 and CVS/PIPSExperience initiating and reviewing DCSA e-QIP submissionsPrior personnel security experience requiredStrong preference for candidates with previous federal contracting experienceStrong oral and written communications skills requiredStrong MS Office skills requiredPreferred Skills:Demonstrate exceptional customer-focused solutionsAttention to detail and positive demeanorAbility to work both independently and as a member of a teamAbility to work with personnel from all levels of an organizationAbility to complete multiple projects and client deliverables with minimal direction or oversightDay-to-day Responsibilities: Assist Client with all aspects of front-end background investigation processing for the CMS population.Enter data into Client's processing systems including but not limited to; The Case Management System, Security Manger, IDMS, SCMS, and the Enterprise User Administration (EUA) Front-End Interface (EFI).Enter data into the e-QIP system for processing from initiation to completion for the Client population, including conducting a quality review of the information submitted and communicating with the customer, in-person, by email, and/or phone, to ensure proper completion of the e-QIP.Access the DCSA CVS/PIPS database to review customer’s prior investigation information, screen-shot the case and adjudication status in order to update and upload into the customer’s Security Manager profile and provide to Federal Personnel Security Specialists for further review.Ensure Foreign National customers present documents that provide Federal work authorization to upload into Security Manager and to provide the work authorization expiration date for credential processing
