The Region Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for Region Managers and various functions within assigned region. This position will report to a delivery branch and may require travel and support to other branches within the region.
Reporting Location: Somerset, NJ
Compensation: $30.00 p/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Start Time: 7:00AM or 8:00AM (as agreed with manager) until work is complete; 8+hrs/shift. Overtime may be required depending on business need

Responsibilities:

Compile safety and sales metrics to cascade results to local teams
Track and maintain timekeeping, safety, vacation and compliance records
Assist in building presentations and preparing reports for leadership
Analyze and track data for recognition and incentive programs
Monitor, track and address parking, idling, and toll violations to ensure compliance with company policies
Assess budget, plan, and coordinate events, meetings and travel as needed
Review and assist with customer billing processes, including handling CODs, DSDs, and tracking missing checks
Assist with placing bulk orders, including uniform and equipment orders, and monitor allotment reports
Process expenses, purchase orders and invoices and reconcile discrepancies
Administer punch cards and company IDs for all associates, including new hires and existing staff, to ensure proper identification and security
Maintain and update the key list for branch access, ensuring all keys are accounted for and properly assigned
Qualifications:
Requirements/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Relevant experience in administrative support, operations, or a related field
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Familiarity with safety metrics, billing processes, and access control systems is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
Experience with Cloud applications and platforms, Oracle preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management
Strong customer service, problem-solving, multitasking and organizational skills
Some travel may be required
