Job Title: Assistant Golf Course Equipment Manager Location: Bent Oak Golf Club – Elkhart, Indiana Department: Golf Course Grounds Reports To:Golf Course Superintendent Employment Type:Full-Time Position Summary Bent Oak Golf Club is seeking a skilled and dependable Assistant Golf Course Equipment Managerto assist with the maintenance, repair, and performance of all golf course equipment. This role supports daily maintenance operations and helps ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and performing to standard to support excellent playing conditions. Key Responsibilities Assist with maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing all golf course maintenance equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, and small engines Help implement preventative maintenance schedules Maintain accurate service, repair, and inventory records Assist with parts inventory and vendor coordination Ensure equipment meets safety standards and assist with staff training on proper use Assist with equipment setup and adjustments to meet agronomic standards Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance facility Work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and grounds team to support daily operations How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter to andy@bentoakgolf.com or apply in person at Bent Oak Golf Club.
