We are currently recruiting skilled Sheet Metal Workers with hands-on experience on Airbus A320 Family (A320F) aircraft to support base maintenance operations.Position DetailsPosition: Sheet Metal WorkerAircraft Type: Airbus A320 Family (A320F) and/or Boeing 737 (B737)Employment Type: Contract (Base Maintenance)Location: MaltaStart Date: Immediately Contract Term : 1 month +Rates: Competitive hourly rateShift Pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off (average 60 hours per week)Accommodation: Provided or per diem option availableFlights: Provided at the start and end of the assignmentMain ResponsibilitiesPerform structural repairs, modifications, and replacements on A320F Fabricate and install sheet metal components, skins, panels, and assembliesWork from technical drawings, repair manuals, and engineering documentationEnsure all work meets safety, quality, and airworthiness standardsAccurately document tasks and materials used in maintenance recordsRequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker in commercial aircraft maintenanceRecent hands-on experience working on Airbus A320 Family Valid SMS including Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety – Level 2 (FTS L2), and EWIS (Modules 1 & 2)Initial certifications in Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety – Level 2 (FTS L2), and EWIS (Modules 1 & 2)Right to work in Europe (EU passport or valid EU work permit)About AeropeopleAeropeople provides tailored recruitment and engineering services across the aviation, aerospace, defence, and motorsport sectors.
