Your focus Analyze manufacturing data to pinpoint trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities connected to BOM and workflow execution. Collaborate across functions to design and roll out practical process enhancements. Produce management-ready reporting and presentations that spotlight performance indicators and recommendations. Monitor production schedules and assist with resource allocation to keep targets on track. Run recurring audits on processes to ensure alignment with company standards. Support creation of training materials and programs to ensure adoption of new practices. Assist in evaluating new tools and technologies that can raise production efficiency. What it takes Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related area. Demonstrated experience in production analysis (or similar). Strong analytical toolkit and fluency with data analysis software. Excellent communication and people skills. Team-first approach and ability to collaborate effectively. Detail orientation paired with strong problem-solving. Exposure to production management systems is advantageous.
