Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a QA Tester based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring product quality through designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and validating fixes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation for all QA activities. The individual will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the software development lifecycle. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologies, ensuring products meet defined specifications and standards.Experience in Quality Management and implementing quality processes to maintain high standards.Knowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within quality processes.Skills in conducting Quality Auditing with a detail-oriented approach to compliance and process improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues.Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in quality assurance are a plus.Experience with testing tools and software development lifecycle methodologies is highly desirable.
