We take pride in creating outdoor spaces our clients love and our crews are proud to build.The OpportunityWe are hiring an experienced Hardscape Crew Lead to take a key role on our hardscape team. This is a hands-on field position where you will build complex hardscape projects, work closely with our Hardscape Project Manager, and take the lead on parts of a job site when needed.If you are a skilled hardscape installer who wants to do higher-end work, take on more leadership responsibility, and still be on the tools every day, this role offers a clear path to grow your career while working Monday through Friday with no weekend work.What You'll DoBuild patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, fire pits, and other hardscape features that meet Peak Environmental quality standards for fit, finish, and durability.Work directly with the Hardscape Project Manager to execute project plans, solve layout and grade challenges, and keep jobs running smoothly.Set up and organize job sites for efficiency, including staging materials, setting up tools, and giving direction to crew members when needed.Handle site layout, base preparation, grading, drainage considerations, and paver installation, including cutting, screeding, and detailed finishing work.Safely operate excavation and heavy equipment as part of the installation process, ensuring work is completed to specifications and within project timelines.What Success Looks LikeWithin the first 3–6 months, you are consistently delivering hardscape installations that meet or exceed company standards for craftsmanship, durability, and appearance.Job sites you help lead are well organized, with materials, tools, and crew members set up to keep projects on schedule and minimize downtime.You are trusted to independently manage portions of a job when the Hardscape Project Manager is focused on other responsibilities, with work completed safely and correctly.You actively model and reinforce safe work practices, contributing to a strong safety record and clean, orderly job sites.What We're Looking For2–3+ years of hardscape installation experience, including paver installation, base preparation, cutting, screeding, and layout.Proven ability to operate excavation and heavy equipment safely and complete excavation work to grade and specification.Ability to work both independently and as part of a crew, with strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride in the finished product.Reliability, a safety-focused mindset, and the physical ability to perform outdoor construction work in varying weather conditions.Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive pay and benefits.401(k); health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off.Full-time employment.Monday–Friday day shift, 10-hour shifts, no weekend work.How to ApplyIf you are an experienced hardscape installer ready to lead more, build high-end projects, and grow with a stable, professional team, apply today with your resume or work history and contact information so we can connect.
