Job Summary:Please note: This is for Part-time employment and less than thirty (30) hours per week. This position helps ensure employees can effectively use the ERP system and its integrated applications. Success in the role requires technical aptitude, the ability to learn quickly, and strong communication skills to explain technical concepts in a way business users can easily understand.Duties and Responsibilities:ERP Administration & SupportAssist in daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the ERP system.Provide first level support to users, resolving issues related to ERP modules, workflows, interfaces, and permissions.Data & ReportingMaintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within ERP databases.Assist in running system reports and generating routine and ad hoc analytical reports for management.Help update master data (items, customers, vendors, pricing, etc.) as requested.Process DocumentationCreate and maintain user guides, SOPs, and process documentation.Update logs of system changes, configurations, and testing outcomes.Report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or potential hazards immediately to supervision.Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or Manager, which may be outside the scope of responsibilities noted above.Minimum Qualifications:Education & Experience:Associate's or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Current students actively pursuing one of these degrees are also encouraged to applyExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor, Infor, Sage) is a plus.Prior help desk or technical support experience is helpful.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of databases, system workflows, and business process concepts.Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).Soft SkillsStrong communication and customer service abilities.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.Team-oriented with a willingness to learn new systems.
