Consumer Experience --> Digital DirectorFort Lauderdale, FLID: 4521Full-Time/RegularThis role is to lead the McDs Strategic Analytics and Insights group. This candidate must have the ability to collaborate, innovate, and interpret and publish data into usable information formats for both the Client Insights Leads, as well as Agency Strategy and Account Teams.This candidate will provide accurate, timely data and insights for clients and internal stakeholders across the Agency. Participate in meetings regularly with account services and clients to assess BU performance and to identify key areas of change that can lead to improvement or optimization. They will Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analysis and insights that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business.Responsibilities:Collect, harmonize & review Marketing media data, build models, interpret results, and formulate key insights, charts, reports, for stakeholder presentationsProvide strategic guidance and recommendations to Account Service and Clients based on data-driven insights. This includes (but not limited to) helping stakeholders understand their target audience, optimize marketing spend, and measure the impact of their effortsChampion analytics best practices-building clear, insight-driven presentations, automating KPI tracking, leading performance readouts, and aligning stakeholders across functions. Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects (including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data) from Microsoft Power BI and other third-party data sourcesDeliver audience segmentation and cross-channel performance analysis to refine targeting and maximize marketing ROI. Work closely with the Agency and Client teams to continuously evolve and develop new ways of efficiently and effectively solving complex client business problemsMaintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure that their business needs are met by identifying new growth opportunities and proactively using software tool enhancementsQualifications:8+ years of work experience working as in a Business Analyst/Marketing Analyst RoleBachelor’s Degree with an Advanced Degree in Business/Marketing (e.g., Masters, MBA) highly preferredAdvertising, Marketing, and/or aligned Industry experience is requiredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI and Excel is a must. Ability to work with Client databases and integrate with Agency Marketing, Media performance metrics and client data. Experience developing and delivering presentations using insights derived from analytics to audiences that are not SME, storytelling around data and analytics to provide cohesive Agency POV. Ability to build and foster client relationships in the local markets and at the National MHQ levelExperience using data to solve complex business questions and demonstrate an awareness of the broader business impacts that drive business solutionsExperience collaborating with others to implement change initiatives. Able to represent the Agency at a very high strategic level.
