The laborist provides 24-hour in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery, supporting unassigned patients, emergency department consults, and inpatient obstetric needs.The model is intentionally structured to improve patient outcomes, support nursing and multidisciplinary teams, and reduce call burden for community-based OB/GYN physicians.Practice & Team EnvironmentThe OB/GYN will join a supportive, collegial team of physicians and advanced practice providers who value collaboration and mutual support.
