These roles are designed for physicians who preferhospital-based obstetric care , predictable scheduling, and a strong emphasis on patient safety, teamwork, and work-life balance. Site locations, FTE preferences and open and welcome for discussion.Opportunity OverviewThese positions arehospital-based OB/GYN rolesfocused exclusively on inpatient obstetric and emergent gynecologic care. The laborist provides 24-hour in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery, supporting unassigned patients, emergency department consults, and inpatient obstetric needs.The model is intentionally structured to improve patient outcomes, support nursing and multidisciplinary teams, and reduce call burden for community-based OB/GYN physicians.Practice & Team EnvironmentThe OB/GYN will join a supportive, collegial team of physicians and advanced practice providers who value collaboration and mutual support.
