Role Description We are seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our dynamic team in McLean, VA. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves providing a variety of hair care services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. The Hairstylist will consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend personalized solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, keeping up-to-date with industry trends, and building long-lasting client relationships. Qualifications Proficient in Hair Styling and advanced techniques in modern and classic stylesLicensed in Cosmetology with a strong knowledge of Hair Care and treatmentsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an excellent client experienceA passion for learning new trends and techniques in the hairstyling industryExperience in a fast-paced, high-end salon environment is a plus
