A company is looking for a Risk & Payments Operations Analyst. Key Responsibilities Validate live deposit and withdrawal activity, detecting suspicious transaction patterns Apply immediate risk mitigation actions and manage complex chargeback disputes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate financial anomalies and optimize workflows Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in payments fraud, risk operations, or financial crime monitoring Strong understanding of payment ecosystem mechanics, including credit card processing and chargeback lifecycles Ability to make fast, autonomous decisions under time pressure Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment on a rotating shift schedule Intermediate English level and native Ukrainian or Russian language skills
