You will leverage your extensive roadway and highway engineering expertise to plan, lead, and deliver complex infrastructure projects while helping guide the strategic growth of our regional transportation portfolio.In this role, you will serve as a technical and professional leader on high profile transportation projects that may include major highway interchange design, freeway and arterial roadway design, and complex local and municipal roadway improvements. You will collaborate closely with a respected leadership team that prioritizes technical excellence, client service, and innovation. We want you empowered to deliver bold, practical solutions that improve everyday living, and we are committed to providing the tools, resources, and support needed for your continued success.#WCTRANSPORTATIONHere's what you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer license Approximately 10 or more years of progressive roadway and highway engineering experience, including leading designs and teams Demonstrated experience delivering projects for state departments of transportation, counties, or municipalities Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D or OpenRoads for corridor modeling and preparation of construction plans Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary design teams Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholdersIdeally, you will also have Deep knowledge of the Texas transportation market with established relationships at agencies such as TxDOT and local municipalities A passion for mentoring and developing high performing engineering professionals in a collaborative, inclusive environment Experience supporting business development efforts, including pursuit strategy, proposal development, and client engagement A servant leadership mindset with a strong focus on delivering value to clients, teams, and communitiesOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
