External Partner Relations Manager | Build a New Department📍 Location: United States 💰 Salary: $75,000 USD annually + quarterly bonuses Why this role?We’re building something from scratch.This is not a “plug into an existing process” role, this is your chance to help structure and shape a brand-new External Partner Relations function within a growing organization.If you enjoy creating processes, building strategic relationships, and working closely with external partners (not end clients) this role is for you!What you’ll be doingYou’ll act as the main bridge between our company and our external ecosystem (vendors, referral partners, and strategic associates).Manage and grow a portfolio of external partnersDrive external sales through referral and partner channelsNegotiate partnership terms, fees, and agreementsLead onboarding for new partners and ensure smooth integrationBuild strong relationships with CEOs, VPs, and business ownersOversee partner performance and quality standards (QA)Handle documentation: contracts, insurance, workers’ comp, etc.Help design and implement processes and structure for the department What we’re looking forExperience in External Sales, Partner Management, or Account ManagementStrong ability to manage and grow partner portfoliosProven experience working with senior stakeholdersExcellent communication skills (English & Spanish)Strong negotiation and relationship-building skillsComfortable balancing strategy + execution + admin workSomeone who thrives in structured environments (or building them from scratch) Important to knowThis role works with external partners.
