E-logic is hiring a Data Architect to design robust, modern data structures that reconcile and map diverse insurance carrier data into a centralized, cloud-based analytics ecosystem for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of Inspector General (OIG). This role will be hybrid in Washington DC area, as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and update logical, physical, and dimensional data models for the Integrated Data Warehouse (IDW) and data lake architectures.Establish standard data layouts, naming conventions, and data dictionaries to map incoming medical, pharmaceutical, and enrollment files from major insurance carriers.Build specialized data models to support fraud, waste, and abuse analytics, including the integration of Graph databases and Geospatial/GIS systems.Qualifications5+ years of data modeling experience, explicitly addressing the data requirements of auditors and investigators.Deep understanding of FEHBP data structures, elements, and terminology (procedure codes, diagnostic codes, and payment processing rules).Expertise in relational, dimensional, and graph data modeling. Proficiency with AWS cloud data environments (Redshift, PostgreSQL).Important NoticeThis role is part of a proposal for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of Inspector General (OIG).
