Health and Personal Care RetailersVocational Rehabilitation ServicesHome Health Care ServicesEducational Support ServicesOther Financial Investment Activities**Description**This position is directly responsible for supporting business objectives to ensure global compliance of ELC ingredients, formulas, and products.Fully dedicated to day-to-day support of regulatory/registration issues, as well as onboarding and integration of new brands into the ELC systems of these brands.+ Reviews all levels of a product from components, raw materials, sub-formula, formula to product labels for global regulatory compliance. Communicates and ensures execution of changes, if any, to team and senior leadership team.+ Ensures traceability and data integrity, monitors changes in formulas, products, regulations, requirements for impact on compliance.+ Reviews all product registration dossiers per brands' global expansion plans on time and works closely with brands' management as well as the appropriate teams to ensure on time launches.+ Works with cross functional teams within ELC and brands to support corporate initiatives in developing the next generation of prestige beauty brands across all product categories.**Regulatory Review & Product Support**- Support regulatory reviews of cosmetics and/or consumer products for compliance with globalregulations- Assist with regulatory assessments for new products, reformulations, and line extensions- Review formulations and ingredient disclosures for regulatory acceptability- Maintain regulatory documentation and support records**Ingredient Listing & Label Compliance**- Review and generate compliant ingredient listings- Help maintain ingredient listing and regulatory reference databasesArtwork Review & Labeling Support- Review product artwork and labels for market specific regulatory compliance- Verify mandatory labeling elements, including ingredients, warnings, claims, symbols, andlanguage**New Brand & Portfolio Integration**- Support new brands integration- Support regulatory document review and regulatory data migration**Cross Functional Collaboration & Continuous Learning**- Partner with cross functional teams on regulatory questions and timelines- Participate in regulatory projects and process improvements- Stay current on evolving regulations and industry guidance**Qualifications**+ Industry experience in cosmetics, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals or similar+ Project management and multi-tasking skills.+ Organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.+ Prioritization and time management skills.+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.+ Basic knowledge of chemistry and broad cosmetic/drug regulatory experience preferred.+ Fully proficient and experienced with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and Outlook; SAP and Salesforce a plus.+ Maintain confidentialityEqual Opportunity EmployerIt is Company's policy not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
