Project CoordinatorCTHFull-TimeCompensation: $30-35 per hourWe are seeking an early in career Project Coordinator to support our Health Insurer client's Executive PMO. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and project managers to drive enterprise priorities, organizational initiatives, and cross-departmental goals. You’ll help leaders stay organized, track commitments, prepare deliverables, and ensure follow-through. The Project Coordinator will serve as central support between leadership, project managers, and external partners, prepare executive-ready documentation, support basic budget tracking, and help translate discussions into clear deliverables.This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and experience with Microsoft 365 tools. If you are interested in project or program management long-term and possess strong organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply!ResponsibilitiesSupport senior leaders and project managers with planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide initiativesCapture and distribute meeting notes, action items, decisions, and follow-upsTrack project tasks, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple initiativesAssist with portfolio-level activities, including annual planning, intake tracking, deadline management for submissions and change requests, and weekly/ad-hoc status reporting across the PMOAct as a coordination hub between project managers, leadership, and external partnersPrepare and maintain presentations, summaries, and executive-ready documentationSupport basic budget tracking and status awarenessHelp project managers translate discussions into clear deliverables and next steps, especially where structure is still formingAdapt to changing priorities as the organization goes through growth and realignmentRequiredExperience supporting projects, programs, or leadership teams in a coordinator, PMO, or administrative PM roleStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesWorking knowledge of Agile concepts and toolsConsistent attention to detail and follow-up to keep work progressingClear, confident written and verbal communication, especially with senior leadersComfortable collaborating across teams with varying styles, tools, and expectationsProfessional, service-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skillsAdaptable to change in a growing and evolving organizationExperience with Microsoft 365 toolsNice to HaveCertification in Program management, project management or similar fieldExperience with JIRAWhat is the Elevate Program?Founded in 2000, Elevate is a national program supported in over 32 cities across the country, it is a turnkey program that;s being leveraged by over 100 Fortune 50 corporations.
