Commercial HVAC Technician

Our family-owned business, established for over 50 years, is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician with at least 5 years of experience in light commercial HVAC systems. Candidates should have strong knowledge of controls, piping, refrigeration equipment, boilers, and RTUs ranging from 5 to 50 tons. The role involves complete installation of various HVAC equipment and conducting building facilities maintenance. Responsibilities Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including controls, piping, refrigeration equipment, boilers, and RTUs (5 to 50 tons). Conduct routine maintenance on building facilities to ensure system efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues promptly. Adhere to safety standards and regulations. Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional attitude. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician in light commercial environments. Proficiency in controls, piping, refrigeration equipment, boilers, and RTUs (5 to 50 tons). Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
