Reporting to the Supervisor, Implementation Services, the Implementation Coordinator is responsible for managing the overall deployment process for non-premier clients, including facilitating meetings, set up and training. The coordinator serves as the main point of contact with these clients. They share requirements with the client that outline the project milestones and due dates, they document implementation decisions, and work in collaboration with Implementation Analyst to ensure all deployment tasks are complete. They are also responsible for coordinating events/meetings to set goals for the day of the go live. The coordinator is also responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the client data across various Availity platforms.

To be qualified for this position:
Have a bachelor’s degree or 2 years of implementation experience in a healthcare organization
Have at least 2 years of implementation experience supporting a healthcare software or have worked for a clearinghouse for at least 1 year
Have 2 years of physician practice management or billing experience
Have experience working with one or more practice management systems, electronic medical records, and/or radiology information software systems
Have strong communication skills
Are highly organized within a fast-paced environment
Have effective time management skills
You will set yourself apart:
You have previous experience with Salesforce
You are familiar EDI enrollment
You have experience with tools such as: TaskRay, Jira, Confluence, or Availity’s Essentials Pro product
You have experience with implementations or working with a Clearinghouse
You have professional billing or institutional billing experience
You will be:
Acting as the main point of contact for our clients, consistently on the phone or on virtual meetings
Scheduling client meetings
Gathering requirements from clients
Developing reports in Salesforce
Onboarding new clients onto our Essentials Pro product and conducting training with on how to use the software
Coordinating all client and Availity team member efforts as the client navigates the implementation process
A SME for Availity’s Essentials Pro product and have the ability to answer all client questions during the implementation process
Ensuring that tasks and paperwork are completed by clients on a timely manner
