Litigation Support Associate

Position Summary:In a deadline-driven environment, physical and electronic document management includes electronic uploads and download of files, scanning multiple documents, large volume printing, shipping & packaging of hard copy transcripts. Additionally, e-Discovery work flow often includes receiving, storing, connecting, and client drives for the team to be able to remote in and work.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Create professional copies of court transcripts and exhibitsAssemble and package legal files for shipmentHard copy & e-mail exhibit managementCoordinate with other departments to retrieve documents in a timely mannerEstablishing and maintaining quality control to ensure work accuracy.Organize and maintain existing hard copy exhibits based on retention policiesConnect hard drives timely to an assigned computer based on e-discovery protocol when neededJob Qualifications:High School diploma or GED equivalentComputer and Data Entry skillsProfessional phone etiquetteStrong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsWorking knowledge of computers or a demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn and adapt new applicationsSchedule/Locations:* Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm* In Office: Los Angeles, CAAbout First Legal:We believe that diversity is integral to our success, and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, age, or any other basis protected by law.
