Occupational Therapist Location: Franklin, TN Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,017 to $2,217 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Franklin, TN. We seek a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily skills while experiencing a new community. Candidates must be able to provide point-of-service documentation using NetHealth. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Tennessee OT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC. Experience in skilled nursing facilities required. New graduates are considered only if they have SNF clinical experience. Familiarity with point-of-service documentation workflows. Experience with NetHealth preferred. Ability to maintain 88% productivity in a SNF setting. Willingness to flex schedule M–F, 8 hours per day, and provide schedule flexibility when needed. COVID vaccination is not required; completion of a form acknowledging risks if not vaccinated is required. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel OT experience. Experience with electronic medical records and point-of-service documentation. Assignment Details Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day with a flexible schedule required when needed. Setting: Skilled nursing facility clinical environment. Clinic documentation: Point-of-service documentation using NetHealth.
