The candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including those with medical, surgical, orthopedic, neurological, and respiratory conditions.ResponsibilitiesProvide physical therapy services to patients in home settings.Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.Utilize a variety of patient care equipment and devices.Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.Document patient progress and treatments as per guidelines.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year experience in home health.Valid Florida state license or compact license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.OASIS training preferred.Must be COVID vaccinated or provide an exemption form.Flu shot required; declination must be accompanied by mandatory mask-wearing at all times while at work.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
