Perform backwashing and routine maintenance as needed.Be the face of CertusDeliver friendly, professional, and customer-focused service at every visit. Communicate clearly with clients and provide updates or recommendations when needed.Troubleshoot and inspectIdentify and report issues with pool conditions or equipment. Provide recommendations or escalate concerns to management when necessary.Stay organizedManage your daily service route efficiently, maintain accurate service records, and keep your company vehicle clean and stocked.Communicate clearlyUse internal communication tools to update the team on service completion, issues, and customer feedback.Support team operationsMaintain inventory of supplies and chemicals, complete service paperwork, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.What You BringA positive, customer-first attitudeA valid driver's license (3-year history) and clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle reportMust have 1+ years of hands-on pool service experience performing full-service route work, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and identifying equipment issues while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Ability to work outdoors and stay activeReliability, independence, and pride in your workWhat to Expect on the JobWorking in various weather conditions (sun, rain, heat)Lifting and carrying equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs)Driving a company vehicle between service locationsPerforming physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and climbingUsing tools and handling pool chemicals safely (training provided)We're committed to providing the tools, training, and support you need to stay safe and successful on the job.
